Examples are not offers

Illustrative estimates, sample records, rate charts, and referral scenarios are not quotes, promises of payment, verified market averages, or completed SellYourAIData transactions.

No agreement through browsing

A data license, brokerage engagement, referral arrangement, or confidentiality agreement requires separate agreed terms. Directory inclusion does not establish a partnership or endorsement.

Independent review

Data rights, privacy, confidentiality, and any other restrictions need review for the particular dataset and proposed use. No transfer is authorized through this preview.

01THE CURRENT EXPERIENCE

This preview explains a process and prepares local briefs.

SellYourAIData is currently a website with illustrative workspaces, directory information, learning resources, and browser based planning tools. You can explore examples and prepare a profile, inquiry, requirements brief, or transaction report for download. These actions do not initiate a brokerage engagement, create a buyer relationship, place a dataset into a marketplace, or establish that anyone has received a submission.

This page explains that experience in ordinary language. It is not a fictional service contract with invented payment obligations or operational promises. If the website later provides a live submission or transaction service, the relevant arrangements would need to be defined around that actual service. The current interface should be read according to the functions it performs and the boundaries stated beside its tools. In particular, a button that prepares a download should not be described as a submission, application, or request received by another party.

02READ EXAMPLES AS EXAMPLES

Illustrations explain a concept without establishing a quote.

Sample messages, support cases, process changes, repository discussions, campaign figures, and portfolio entries are used to explain what context a business archive can preserve. They are not representations of named customer records. Pricing examples and referral calculations are also illustrative. A calculator result does not establish qualification, an available buyer, an agreed commission, or an amount anyone will receive.

Different units describe different things. A support ticket figure cannot be treated as directly comparable with a repository or communications archive example. An actual commercial discussion would need the dataset scope, intended use, preparation requirements, rights, and complete terms. The methodology page explains the evidence needed to distinguish an offer, an agreement, an accepted delivery, and completed payment. None should be inferred from a generic illustration.

03DIRECTORY AND AGREEMENT CONTEXT

A listing introduces questions, not a commercial relationship.

Buyer profiles describe public company positioning and provide links to official websites. They do not establish affiliation, endorsement, active demand, or acceptance of a particular archive. The comparison table intentionally leaves contractual questions unverified. Use it to organize what you would ask about permitted use, exclusivity, duration, preparation, acceptance, and payment rather than treating its presence as a set of agreed company policies.

Browsing a profile or checking a preparation box does not authorize a data transfer. Access to a system also does not settle authority to license its contents. Any later discussion needs the people responsible for the particular archive and the agreements that apply to it. The site describes these distinctions so an early exploration can remain separate from an actual decision about records, recipients, and use.

04YOUR WORK IN THE TOOLS

A saved draft and a downloaded file are separate copies.

The assessment can save a draft in the current browser when you choose that action. Other tools may retain local preparation choices, and downloads create files on your device. Deleting the saved assessment draft does not recall a downloaded brief or clear a copy you have shared. The portfolio worksheet and other sample controls help organize information; they do not independently check ownership, completeness, or suitability.

Keep inputs descriptive and avoid confidential records or credentials. Review a downloaded brief before using it in a later conversation, and confirm the actual delivery route separately if you intend to send it to someone. Referral eligibility, data licensing responsibilities, commercial fees, and any transfer arrangements would require their own agreed terms. This preview does not create those arrangements through a form, a calculator, or a navigation action.
